3. Data & Input Disclaimer

By using our services, you agree not to upload or input any client-sensitive or regulated personal data. We are not SOC-certified and do not store or retain sensitive client information.

You understand and agree that:

• We do not use user inputs to train our AI models; and
• Any input is used solely to improve your experience in the current session or to enhance platform functionality, not to build user profiles or for resale.
